Haven't heard much since the initial announcement.  Hope this is an indication that they're hard at work and on schedule.

I don't have many details still, but will try to find out more. Early (?) 2011 is latest I'd seen, and Tad and Deb said yesterday that they believe that is still a good date.

It's a bit annoying that the game-site doesn't contain any new information or newer screenshots on anything about the game.
Would be nice to have anything to ease that thirst for information I have :\

I forgot to ask if there is yet any information about if there will be a player-involved beta or not. Please let us know as soon as possible and if, under which circumstances it would be.

Some people already said they'd love to join a beta, but that's a bit ago and now it seems to get closer to it.

It´s a bit strange that there are still no real news.
I mean if they really want to release the game 2011 they should start making some promotion to get the players attention and keep them intressted.
There are a lot MMO´s out there and GuildWars2 is coming 2011 too...
I hope they dont f** up and ruin the game *sends prayers to the gaming gods* .
Plus I hope they will get enough attention a great game without enough players will die fast

I allready said it before but BETA Keys for smarchers pretty please!
I also would be willing to moderate or take care about Content&news if there will be a Otherland MMO Forum. As far as I know gamers it will need a lot more moderation than this place XD.
Started to "work" for a german GuildWars Page/forum earlier this year and found it to be a lot of fun.

I´m afraid they don´t have any chance on the market if they try to establish Otherland as a
pay per month modell....the release of Otherland happend years ago now and I think its totaly
out of focus for most people. Only massively advertisement campaigns (even the big players doing so with their future projects) could change that.
Perhaps it can conquer a small piece of the market with a ftp/Itemshop model.
But I fear, there´s not enough money around the Otherland project to have success in the market....
I wish I could be more optimistic with the Otherland MMORPG, but I´m in the market for decades now and
I´ve seen too many ambitious projects go down the drain.
