dOCUMENTA (13) - an invitation

One of the most important exhibitions of contemporary art  dOCUMENTA(13)  is currently held in my hometown Kassel.

I hereby invite all Smarchis who consider visiting to contact me for a coffee, a meal or a place to sleep...

I don't seem to be able to navigate the documenta website. So, although I'm generally interested in contemporary art, I'm not sure if I'm part of the target group ;)

No seriously, I went to Documenta some ten years ago, and I remember it as a very impressive exhibition, so your offer is very tempting. But looking at the website now only makes me want to cry. Haven't these people learned yet that you should never ever - and I mean ever! - allow artists to build a website?! A website is not a piece of art, it's marketing platform. If it fails to transport the most important information - when, where, how much - it fails dramatically. Makes me want to boycott the entire thing.

Sorry for the rant. Stupid websites just tend to make me angry.

But I'm still tempted. It would be really nice to hang out again.

Xavie, I totally agree. Maybe this German reviews is more helpful.
Would be great if you came along - I even might hear your voice this time.
