Maen Mint!
I seem to have survived yesterday's fencing class without too much trouble. Will have to see tomorrow.

They are jackhammering outside our building. I hope it stops. Soon.

Hurricane Felicia (CAT 4) has Hawaii in her sites. I hope our Hawaiian Smarcher will be okay (sorry, I've totally blanked on her name).

Re: QM - The Pine Forest
maen!
We have three days of Tax-Free-Weekend starting tomorrow, which is the start of three weeks of Utter Insanity at work. Tonight is going to be sucktastic - I have to make sure everything ready, which means I will probably be there late. (we're expected to do 3-4x our usual daily sales for all three days.)
Fortunately, I surface for air at the end of the month, my vacation will be three weeks closer!
Yield to temptation; it may not pass your way again.

Re: QM - The Pine Forest
So the dream I had a few days ago was sort of true - I dreamed the new boss had started working but nobody had actually seen him. Turns out he's mostly in the office, so nobody has seen much of him yet (though certain people use every opportunity for sucking up). Apparently he'll talk to each of us some time next week. Wonder if that includes the apprentices. Wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't. And I'm still mostly treated as an apprentice. I get to do weekend duty in two weeks, though (extra money, yay). And I finally learned bud grafting.

And now I'd better go and make dinner. Even though food still does not seem very tempting. At least I didn't have to make any really desperate dashes to the bathroom at work. Only sorta desperate ones.

Re: QM - The Pine Forest
Still trying to get started on cleaning.
Tomorrow will be fun. Going to my dearest aunt/godmother's garden party. Which means I will be questioned about what I did in the Netherlands (dunno what Mama's told her) - she will so totally not get Castlefest.

Whoa.
300?
The mind boggles.
