Glad you got home safely! I'm back at work today, but it's much less awful now that I know I won't be here long!

Thanks to all for making it such a wonderful time, and I hope to see you and more Smarchers next year.
Can we do that??? The rewind thingy???

I got home safely and very very tired.... and bf has informed me that I talked to him in english in my sleep, so I'm still half there at least....
*sighs and sips her Calgarian tea*
But it was much fun and it should have lasted much longer....

*is home too*
I was so tired that I fell into bed at 9PM and didn't get up until noon. And I had to kick myself out of bed or I would be in it still.

Oh, how pretty!!!! I love them all.
The one in the Siding Cafe, everyone's looking at me like I'm picking something gross from my food. I can't imagine what I was saying!

I dunno, looks like I was too busy enjoying my eggs benedict (they were really good!).

Right... true.... and if we see them, we shall make a smarch picture with them on it... *nods sagely*
Oh but I will fall over if I see a giraff.... it would be almost worth getting one of my silly friends to dress up as one...

One day I'm going to find out what eggs benedict are. They were mentioned so often in Vienna but I'm still mystified.

*lol* Thanks! Even if it spoils the fun a bit to know it now. I like mysteries.
Those eggs look rather like a dinner though, than like breakfast. Far too heavy for my tast, I think. (and too non-vegetarian, of course ^^)

Many (most?) places will also have Eggs Florentine (at least from amongst those who serve this in the first place; e.g. over in Australia and the USA), which replaces the bacon with spinach. Half my friends seem to be vegetarian, and this is often their dish of choice when we go brunching. It's not all that heavy either, really. At least, I've been known to gobble down a stack of pancakes next to the Eggs Benedict. Erm..., though I guess maybe my eating habits are atypical... *g*
