So, I figure it would be a niec thing to write trhank you notes to people who sent care packages while I've been out here...
I walk down to the post exchange and find....
They don't sell envelopes, and cannot get envelopes...
IS it just me, or does it strike anyone else as odd that you can't buy regular postal envelopes out here?

Sahi, yes its hard at times, but I'm trying to finagle the current good will toward me into an instructing position and away from being a mission pilot. However the trip in June looks pretty unavoidable unless I quit. As unpopular as this may be with the current mood in the U.S. and worldwide, I believe in our work and what we do, and consider it to be the most important work I've ever done. I feel infinitely more useful doing this than I ever did in that school classroom I was imprisoned in.
