The PENTAD
We are now officially celebrating our website's fifth birthday. Let the mingling, schmoozing, and overindulgence begin!
(For those who missed it, we earlier found out that a five year period is called a "pentad". Swear I didn't make that up.)
Belly up -- the bar's open, it's free, there are non-alcoholic drinks for those so inclined, and we've got food, too.
Me? Champagne, of course. It's not every day a guy's website turns five. (And the little devil's never even been arrested or anything! Well, never been convicted! All charges dropped. I'm so proud!)

Re: The PENTAD
Yay! *parties*
I'm glad to have been here these past five years, Tad. Looking forward to what craziness the next five will bring. Given everyone here, I have no doubt it'll be craziness of a very interesting kind. *g*
*goes stock up at the bar* ^_^

Me too. To be serious for a minute (Ha!) this place has been a good sanity base for me while I struggle through the end of my studies.

And here I thought a Pentad was my favorite author's writing instrument. But I guess he ditched that years ago in favor of the PC's keyboard.

Re: The PENTAD
we've had lots of turtle sightings in the mint recently. i think it's a sign that none of you hang out with us enough. it's because you don't love us, isn't it? *sob*

Not love us!? pish-posh. Must be caused by something else - global warming, perhaps?

Re: The PENTAD
and I thought islamic fundamentalism was responsible for global worming.
I wish there was just a bit more global worming: we've only something about 10 or 15°c here (and i'm not living in polar regions). And that in June (Sommer were are you hiding?)
Dream on.
