Tad Williams' Message Board

Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies -- 'God damn it, you've got to be kind.'
-    Kurt Vonnegut, 1922-2007

Welcome to the message board for tadwilliams.com. All comments are welcome, whether kudos or brickbats. However, please bear in mind that Tad would like this to be a friendly, civil message board, at least in the relations between users. We reserve the right to remove postings, or even ban postings, from anyone who crosses the boundary of reasonable taste. Basically, you can argue vigorously with someone, but watch your language, okay? We have a lot of young readers as well as grown-ups, so please show them some respect.

But the main requirement here is: have fun.

roger daltry may be a wrinkled old fossel, but he is still cool simply because he can get away with saying who the F*** are you on network television when no one else can.

Re: tHe MonKie BaRReLL

Technically it's not, but I noticed growing up that as the weather warms up clothing tends to come off during Wimbeldon, and various football and early rugby games, even once or twice during a cricket match....of course things could have changed in the last 10 years.
I'd like to think my fellow countrymen still get naked though - it's always a good laugh ;)

Re: tHe MonKie BaRReLL

My brother and family be in maine but not for long,.. They be emegrating about 10 miles west to North Conway N.H. land of no income tax, Live free or die baby..
unless you want to alter the messege on their licence plates that is...

speaking of live free or die... We drove down senic rt 7 Varmont, err I mean Vermont, and through Bennington, The  Path that Gen. John Stark followed in his journy to the aptly named battle of bennington. There we beheld the gigantic 303 foot tower commemorating the battle,  http://www.thisisvermont.com/pics/monument.gif
which made me wonder in monkie heart.. Is vermont compensating for somthing?

Who said anything about "negotiating"?

Don't you should wait to hear the terms before deciding?
