I was in Costco today and saw a book that started out with Shadow something or other. I perked up and thought that I would not have to wait as long as I thought. Silly me.

Sorry to hear about the Giants. It seems to me whenever I go see a game live the team I want to wins decides that that is the day they do not want to play the way they should.
My experience with the Pirates is they do not play that good until it is your team they are playing and they make your team look like a bunch of minor league players.
I am glad that Connor made the most of it and it sounds like you both had an enjoyable time.
