When you finish the world leader test, There's a button at the bottom for the military leader test.

The Concordance
A concordance is a book that tells you how much, and where, any given word appears in another (usually famous) book. This site is the best online version of this: they have everyone from Dante and Cervantes (in translation) to Shakespeare, Melville, Wilde, Chaucer, Conrad and Byron, plus dozens more.
It's fascinating to me that Edgar Allan Poe, that master of the Gothic, used the word 'gothic' but nine times. Or that 'thou' appears 5474 times in the King James Bible. For the record, 'hell' appears 54 times and 'smite' 125 times.

Yikes! I've been meaning to make a tour of the Neighborhood -- there are so many new places I've not visited yet, this one included!

Now I know why I never cared for liquorice. But I'm a sucker for pine nuts.
I was a little disappointed about the mathematics section. Not a word about angle computation or triangulation. Friendly numbers, my foot.

Having lived in Taiwan for four years I once lived near a snake-restaurant. Buah! I always turned my head when I had to go by. And of course Taiwanese men are somehow obsessed with aphrodisiacs - from tiger penis to snake blood to the rhinoceros horn.
I most hated to go over nightmarkets and see the turtles get decapitated, with their cut off heads still moving in their own blood.

Turtles? Poor little guys. Of course, I'd probably say the same about cows if I went to an abattoir, and they don't even have any aphrodisiac qualities that I'm aware of.

Bizarre Record Covers
This one is just too strange (well, admittedly, many of the links here are strange, but this one...), but there's a kind of perverse amusement to be had out of seeing Devastatin' Dave, the Turntable Slave's "Zip Zap Rap", or Dave Stephens' disturbingly pictured "Organ Fascination" (they're talking about pipe organs, thank you very much).
And is that a black Michael Jackson with E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial? Oh the irony!

Normally I don't post anything from the Dreaded Microsoft, but this game is just too damn addictive.
The game surface is several piles of gem-stones; click on two adjacent ones to swap them around, if there are three in a row they disappear and you get points.
My high-score so far is 7562. Hopefully you can beat that within a few minutes :)
