Tad Williams' Message Board

Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies -- 'God damn it, you've got to be kind.'

Quiller's Mint -- the Roof Garden

We've had several requests for the roof over the last few nights (mostly from Libbette, it must be admitted) so it seems like time.

However, just to keep the options open, it's a roof GARDEN, with many nice places to recline and chat, a gazebo in the center, and nice safe railings all the way around the edge of the roof where one may lean and gaze out.

Re: Quiller's Mint -- the Roof Garden

Ahh! Lavish and exotic plants from many fantasy worlds. Small waterfallls run into tiny rivulets that disappear into some virtual river (never mind that it is on the roof.) Nice comfy nooks to settle in with a book (or maybe even a teddy bear.)

Re: Quiller's Mint -- the Roof Garden

With Tribe here, it's obviously safer to be on the roof than anywhere else.

Ick!  Tribe!  Man, that's rank.

(Sighs)

You try and provide a decent example for them, give them what they need, show them what's important in life -- and they spit off the top of the tavern anyway...

Well, everyone deserves a second chance.  Even Tribe.

Tad - how do you go about choosing your sigs? Do you look them up? Have a handy reference guide? Highlighted passages?
