Re: Infinity's
heh, it took me well over a day to figure out how to do anything with my mp3 player, even with a manual.

Re: Infinity's
I just bought an ipod nano. It's the most easy to use thing I've ever bought. I didn't even need the instructions, which is odd, for me. It was up and playing music in a matter of a couple of minutes.
It's nice here today. Feels like spring. :)
This past week has been hellish. My son more eye surgery. My cat was didn't have to get eye surgery--at least not yet.

Re: Infinity's
I hope he's recovering quickly Jen! And hopefully that doesn't mean extra trips out of town for you...
I really want an ipod, but I got this new phone that is also an mp3 player. And then my husband won a 2GB Samsung player at a golf tournament for me so I can't justify buying an apple. Even though its what I really want *pouts*. My husband also scored a pair of Oakley Thump glasses and he's been bugging me to load them up with music. Gah. Maybe he should learn how.

We have to go to a wedding in Saskatchewan so I'm leaving early with the kids while mr calesta stays home to go to work. *glee* This is the best summer EVER.

Re: Infinity's
stop it, you're making me jealous. Mama does that all the time, going to places with my brothers and I have to stay home... although, today, I've discovered that I still enjoy work.

It's gonna be hot here today. Is it autumn yet? I mean, really. I got the fall/winter Sears catalogue already.

Its really hot here too - and no rain in sight - my grass is so dry it hurt my bare feet to walk on it.

Re: Infinity's
catalogues are awesome.
ipod shuffles are awesome *snuggles Percival to the best of her ability*
dog-sitting, while awesome in its own ways (getting free run of a gorgeous townhouse in a complex with a pool and getting paid nicely for what amounts to a couple hours of work), the fact that i couldn't get online for three days is, to say the least, unawesome.
what'd i miss? ::rummages through pages of posts::

I'm still in winter :(
But its getting warmer already. And I'm on the coast so the weather is really mild all year round.
And there is much beachness here. And no tourists at the moment.

i got to pet a kangaroo today.
also got to pet a giraffe, who later drank another giraffe's urine while said giraffe was in the middle of peeing.
it was a full day, to say the least.

Re: Infinity's
It's a Keith's India Pale Ale. I dunno if you'd get it down there. It's good stuff, from the east coast. Unfortunately it was a can though. :( So it was not quite as satisfying as if it had been a proper Keith's.
