I'm with Susan on this! The only cookies I don't like are hard ones. Among my favorites are chocolate chip cookies (especially the giant ones), sugar cookies, shortbread cookies, German gingerbread chocolate cookies, Oreos, fake Oreos, oatmeal cookies, raisin oatmeal cookies, those M&M cookies people make at Christmas, those Christmas cookies with glittery stuff, the ones with the holiday-themed frosting on top, and many other kinds I'm sure I've forgotten...

Digestives? Sounds like a medicine!

I'm partial to plain chocolate chip cookies.  That are just out of the oven and still kind of melty.  Or when they are not even in the oven and still cookie dough.  That's what I like ;)

What be these?
I'm from a city called Kingston.
:)

And as for my favourites... So many to choose from!  I think my ultimate favourite would have to be my grandma's shortbreas.  Melt-in-your-mouth yumminess.  Mmmmm

But as I very rarely have those pretty much anything else will do, as others have said.  I must add my vote to Oreos/fake oreos although only when dunked in milk.  I don't really like them crunchy.  And soft gingerbread cookies. Mmmmm.  Although peak freans have a ginger snap which is quite tasty as well.

Re: Cookie Monster Time -- What's Your Favorite Cookie

I think it's almost easier to say what kind of cookies I DON'T like. Cookies shouldn't have any candied fruit in it, or eggnogg, and preferably no raisins.

But that leaves tons and tons of cookies I do like.

Same here. Hard cookies just aren't very good. I like my Oreos just soggy enough that they almost start dissolving, but hold together long enough from the glass of milk to my mouth. I also like chocolate chip cookies that way. Sometimes I'm weird and I will crush up some chocolate chip cookies in a glass of milk. Then I drink it.

Some people refuse to eat fake Oreos, and although there is a noticeable taste difference, there are some good fake Oreo brands out there.

  And soft gingerbread cookies. Mmmmm.

Apparently, this is the only way Germans make it. I really like those, too.

Do-si-dos, made with real Girl Scouts.

And Tim Tams.  After Tessa brought us Tim Tams for the Nawlins moot, I will never enjoy Oreos again.

I like Oreo's.  I like to pull them apart and the 2 frostings together and make double stuffs, I am not a big fan of the double stuffs that you can buy.  It is much more fun to make your own.

I also like Nutter Butters.

I also like  sugar waffers.  They remind me of my childhood.

Bwahaha! But eventually that tactic means there will be a half a bag of filling-less Oreo cookies. Unless you have a second bag...

Actually, my favorite part of that sketch is where he would gobble up the cookies at the end, with an "Ahhhfffmmmnumnumnumnum!"-type growl, as cookie pieces flew everywhere (except in his mouth).
