Infinity's

Welcome to Infinity's for Autumn.

There's a lovely maple tree outside with leaves that have just begun to change. Inside, it's warm and cozy. Tea anyone?

Stay a while and enjoy yourself. :)

I like this!

*settles in with cup of tea & a cozy burgundy coloured blanket*

@AJ ~ what's goin' on?  I could actually smash a few plates myself...  perhaps I'll pop by the mint later & do just that :)

Calesta -

Better hurry. There's only a few pages left on the current Mint.

Like what you've done with the place, Jen.

Re: Infinity's

So I finally got my MP3 player out of its packaging this weekend & started downloading some songs to it.  Was soooo excited to hop over to iTunes to buy some new songs.  'til I found out that I can't use iTunes because I have Windows ME & not XP or 2000.  Made me so mad!

Are there any other good/cheap download services out there?  Anyone?  Anyone?

Re: Infinity's

I dunno. I found out I can't even really *use* my iPod because I have win98 still. Had to get some strange third party something-or-other in order to make it work. Even so, I can't use itunes or anything. Meh. I had to settle for songs I already had.

Re: Infinity's

I've been looking at MusicMatch.com.  I might try that.

I can't seem to convince my husband that we need a new computer so that I can use the free MP3 player he brought home for me.

Re: Infinity's

lol!

Is that all it takes to get you to like snow? *giggles*

Speaking of winter jackets, I really need to invest in one, too. I only have the light jacket I had for back on the island. Nowhere near warm enough at -30c.

*does a snow dance*

Busy day today. All I want is to snuggle in beside Infinity and have a cup of tea. *sigh*

You ladies are talking winter jackets, and I'm finally getting some summery weather - it's 85F today, yay!

Re: Infinity's

That's nasty, Calesta. Why would someone do something like that? I don't get it.

Do you have, like, a catalogue or something?

Looks like my son has outgrown the jacket I got him last year, so I suppose I could steal it from him. It's warm enough I suppose, but it would be nice to have a *ladies* jacket. Heh. :)

Jacket, smacket. Who needs a heavy winter coat?

And please, no snow dances, at least not yet. Let's enjoy the warmth, says one who hates to be cold.

Re: Infinity's

Yeah, but it's like that 8 mos out of the year here - two weeks of winter, no fall...gets tiresome.

Plus, if I hear one more person say, "Hot enough fer ya?"...POW!

Re: Infinity's

It is really starting to feel like fall here - I have a feeling our hot summer days are well behind us.  There are quite a few trees starting to turn yellow here.

*sigh*

I get to take Friday afternoon off.  Can't wait for that.  I'm going to have coffee with my friends in the 'hood and see if I can't figure out why everything's gone so sideways lately.  if you find me here crying in the corner on Friday night you'll know things did not go well :)  I'm hoping for clearing the air & getting on with life though.

Does that mean you missed the white, powdery stuff that fell in the HOuston area for Christmas last year?
