Tad Williams' Message Board

Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies -- 'God damn it, you've got to be kind.'
-    Kurt Vonnegut, 1922-2007

Welcome to the message board for tadwilliams.com. All comments are welcome, whether kudos or brickbats. However, please bear in mind that Tad would like this to be a friendly, civil message board, at least in the relations between users. We reserve the right to remove postings, or even ban postings, from anyone who crosses the boundary of reasonable taste. Basically, you can argue vigorously with someone, but watch your language, okay? We have a lot of young readers as well as grown-ups, so please show them some respect.

But the main requirement here is: have fun.

Re: Max's Mansion of Moods

The whole writing how you are feeling really works, so does talking about it.  So if you feel that you can not talk to your friends you should continue to write about it.

It has helped me in the past.  I even came across something that I wrote in H.S. that I forgot that I wrote.  It was to my never there, left me at age 2 dad.  So not exactly the samething but it did help.

Re: Max's Mansion of Moods

*leaves more hugs for Max*

Been there, honey. Still with the guy. *shrugs* Dun know why.  Took me years to get over the anger. We never should have stayed together, because I was hurt too badly.  Course we had only been together for a couple of months and now many, many years have passed. Still don't trust the bastard. *shrugs* He never shoulda done it. *still kinda angry and hurt*

*hugs*

Re: Max's Mansion of Moods

Yum that spaghetti sounds good!

Wishes husband liked my spaghetti.  I tried to make spaghetti from scratch the way I was taught and he did not like it. :(  But the funny thing is I use pretty much the same sauce to make lasagna and he likes that.  It might be that I do not know how to make a small portion for just two people and we have left overs for a week. But he does like it when I add meat and spices to a purchased sauce.

My friend says he has champane taste on a beer budget and I will agree.  He is used to his parents cooking and mine does not compare.

I am glad to hear you are feeling a little better.  It will get easier over time.

Adds more hugs and feeling better wishes

Re: Max's Mansion of Moods

I think it's a good step to take, the search for alternate living space. From what you've said, you may be right in that there is absolutely nothing healthy for you in her presence.

You know your mind best, of course. ~snug~ But you're not completely alone, at least, even if we're only text.
