However, please bear in mind that Tad would like this to be a friendly, civil message board, at least in the relations between users. We reserve the right to remove postings, or even ban postings, from anyone who crosses the boundary of reasonable taste. Basically, you can argue vigorously with someone, but watch your language, okay? We have a lot of young readers as well as grown-ups, so please show them some respect.

Boards Back Up

Hi all,

Here's a pared down version of our old boards to enjoy while we continue to sort out the UBB's replacement.  The most up-to-date archive of the now-smoldering remains of our original community is housed by Peter at the following location:

http://www.ingelen.at/shadowmarch/archive

You'll need to login with the following credentials:

USERNAME: smarch
PASSWORD: dude

This is all in the interest of having something up and useable sooner rather than later.  Hopefully everyone will find this an acceptable interim solution.  If you notice any strange behavior (stranger than what's ordinary with the UBB), feel free to let me know.

While we're here and talking about a better and brighter Shadowmarch, I'd like to mention that I've gotten used to Guthwulf's system, particularly the ability to go straight to the last post in a topic.  That's handy, especially for big topics like QMs.  And how do they manage to get umpteen pages in a topic without it crashing, anyway?
