Brrrr, cold and wet today - not looking forwards to having to go to work! I hope I will at least be able to continue cleaning the workroom, and won't have to go outside much.

Got a lot of cleaning done at work, and a bit more at home, and I indeed only had to go outside once - we only had three customers all day, the weather was that horrible!

Urgh, having one of those "I hate my body" sort of days. I would prefer to drop into bed right now, but I have to look after my brother, so curling up on the couch for a while will have to do.

I has no internet..... it's really sad, silly bt keeps telling we have internet, but we don't... now on temporary paid=extra connection so I can work from home tomorrow so I can let the bt guy in who will then hopefully set up our actual normal internet.... no fair though... *pouts*

Maen Mint,
Autumn cold has me tightly in it's grip. Will be a day off on the sofa drinking tea and sewing torn kid's clothes ...

*hands Magpie a drink, that is making some odd "glooping" noises and occasionally burping*
Drink this whilst standing on your right foot only. It should do the trick.

Lots of fun was had. And even a very ... journey (put the right word on the dots that means that my trip was quick and easy. There is a Dutch word for it 'voorspoedig', but if I translate that it says prosperous or successful, but that's not quite right. Because a trip that is arduous is successful too if it gets you there.)

Managed to finish my cleaning despite my headache. I think cleaning the bathroom sink is my favourite task - it means everything else is done and no more dirty water will be poured into it!

Feeling like having a lazy evening today, but I'll still make an apple pie. Because I also feel like apple pie.

Re: QM - The Pantry
Well, no apple pie after all. One of my apples had gone bad, so I no longer have enough. I'll have to pick up more tomorrow. I guess this is fate's way of saying, "You're allowed to have a totally lazy evening."
However, fate is also saying, "You haven't been to the driving school in a while, you should pay them a visit." I have to do this stupid driver security training on Sunday (stupid Austrian laws mean they won't leave you alone even after you've got your license) and I lost the paper that says when exactly and where it is/how to get there. Will have to go to the school tomorrow and ask (funny, I just saw the secretary yesterday - she was one of my customers.)

It's such lovely weather outside! I want to go hiking, but instead I have a stupid meeting at the fencing club. One of those meetings where hardly anyone shows up, and those that do get badgered into board roles...

Re: QM - The Pantry
It's been a nice day here as well.
And I had a lovely dinner - a fish my best friend's boyfriend caught (they gave it to me because I've given them a lot of apples which I got from our work-neighbour), potatoes, beans, "baby" zucchini and cucumber salad.
