Alright, guys, I'm going to disappear for a bit. I'll be back later (especially to see if Bets shows up). Maybe I'll even play a little sax later...

Re: Quillers Mint The Conservetory
I don't even want to imagine how Dread would kill someone in the conservatory with a trumpet. But I'm sure it would be musical and highly unpleasant.
Hi, all. I'm checking back in while doing other stuff, but I still have to go out and hit the pharmacy, so this isn't a conversation starter so much as a...what...a hi/bye. We have to come up with names for those.
Anyway, I'll see you all later. Here I go again!

Well, I'm off to Sunday Afternoon Keg Hockey. If I drink enough I won't even be able to remember that Libbete is mad at me when I get back!

Re: Quillers Mint The Conservetory
I think, therefore it's probably time for me to get some sleep. Though I'm having to download yet another MS Critical Update (You'd think that they'd have had plenty of time to get Windows 98 working properly by now... but the last one was dated 2nd August 2001). Ah well.

Re: Quillers Mint The Conservetory
Okay, I've entered dead-space again.
Tad, took my own trip to the pharmacy today, to pick up this month's prescription for birth control pills.
They were out.
I've nearly recovered from the stroke that little bit of news gave me.

Re: Quillers Mint The Conservetory
Hi, Shads. Hi, Gigi, if you're still out there.
It could have been worse, Gigi. They could have told you the pills have been recalled because they don't work.
Just got back from the store. Deb was trying to have a nap on the couch while Connor played a computer game. I begged him, pleaded, spent fifteen minutes talking to him about "let Mommy sleep, she's really tired, Daddy will be right back, don't wake her up unless you really need help."
Apparently one minute after I went out the door...
Well, what can you expect from a preschool kid, even a bright one? Poor Mommy.

Re: Quillers Mint The Conservetory
That's stunning Marian. I'm asleep. Really.
Just finished watching the UK TV reports on the Athletics in Edmonton. Apparently we're still completely inept at all things sporty.
This wasn't, to any follower of the UK's sporting summer, a surprise.

Re: Quillers Mint The Conservetory
Hiya, Marian. Does that mean you don't love us anymore?
Shads: He means well. But his time-sense is something different than an adult's, more than anything else. I'm sure it seemed like half an hour and the fact that his game wasn't working correctly (in his estimation) was reason enough to go wake the poor woman up.
