It also signifies the end of the 12pm weekend curfew for us as well. I'll almost be a person again!

*cheers Gen's almost being a person again*
Homework, laundry this morning.
Scanning photos, visit to parents, making dinner and more laundry this afternoon.
And maybe a movie this evening. It has been so long since I've gone to the movies in the evening - usually go to matinees due to $$ -- but have a free tix. So, yeah!
It feels more like a date going in the evening.
Someday will find you.

*bounces in*
Spent most of the day wandering around the botanical garden. There were a few fits of "I want a garden!", but mostly it was nice. Now, I'll look at the pictures I took, and then it's back to studying.

Re: QM - The Easter Basket - Redux
*peeks in again* Studying botany. I copied the nursery apprentice girl's notes, as our teacher fell ill at the end of school, so we didn't even finish Systematics, let alone Genetics (the last chapter we were supposed to cover). And I have to say, studying from somebody else's notes is not something I like. If I hadn't learned about Genetics before, I wouldn't have any idea what those diagrams were supposed to mean.

Sorry I've been so absent lately, guys- there's a "no forums and private surfing"-rule at work- but there's a light at the end of the tunnel: i received a small fortune as compensation for the bankruptcy of the old company and Hell, I'm buying meself a Laptop, Macbook, or so- currently, i'm checking my options, but i should be regularly online again in about two or three weeks:) Also, i've no longer got ANY debts anywhere- big YAY*glees* life is good to me, and i have some plans, that i can't really talk about right now because it's all unfinished and in the air, but work-related, and it will make everything even better:)

Re: QM - The Easter Basket - Redux
Enough schoolwork for today. I've scanned and cleaned up four diagrams, tomorrow there will be more typing. Oh joy.

How's your patch of the world going? My patch is getting colder. Winter here is going to be c-c-c-c-c-cold.

It's spring here. And the temperatures are just getting nice. Probably about 15 degrees Celcius here.

Well it's true that you feel better if you smile. Even if you are faking it.

I'm dead tired. And the sort-of boss is still incredibly irritating. We're all hopig we'll finally get a new boss soon, and a decent one, but looking at how things have gone steadily downhill at work, I guess we should prepare for the worst.

Re: QM - The Easter Basket - Redux
Oof. Almost an hour of typing up texts on Genetics and scanning and cleaning up more diagrams (I wish teachers would realize that copying coloured diagrams on a black-and-white copier doesn't work too well - if I didn't already know what they're supposed to show, I would be pretty lost.

I guess it's time for bedness. Again there was no time for Latin or writing - too busy with studying.

Re: QM - The Easter Basket - Redux
*drops into mint*
I have a crazy old car.... and for a while it's been breaking down one piece at a time... I'm sooooo worried that it'll break down completely... Today I actually (after a rather worrying incident where the car just started making very very weird noises) "talked the car to home" I kept saying stupid things like "Just get me to my house, I know you can do it, just please please take me home"....
I know... I'm silly... And now tomorrow I have to get in that car again and drive to work again and then after work drive to a repair guy that I completely trust and he will test the compression and just need smarchy vibes to make sure the compression is fine and the problem is easily fixable....
Otherwise it'll be the bus for me, and that will drive me absolutely insane....
"If you say that getting the money is the most important thing, you will spend you life completely wasting your time. You'll be doing things you don't like doing in order to go on living, that is, to go on doing things you don't like doing... which is stupid." ~ Alan Watts
