Tad Williams' Message Board

Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies -- 'God damn it, you've got to be kind.'

Welcome to the message board for tadwilliams.com. All comments are welcome, whether kudos or brickbats. However, please bear in mind that Tad would like this to be a friendly, civil message board, at least in the relations between users. We reserve the right to remove postings, or even ban postings, from anyone who crosses the boundary of reasonable taste. Basically, you can argue vigorously with someone, but watch your language, okay? We have a lot of young readers as well as grown-ups, so please show them some respect.

But the main requirement here is: have fun.

I totally endorse. You should. *hic*

You just gotta love tequila.

One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, floor!

It'll be vodka though, tequila and I don't get along.

I should finally go to bed. In the morning, I must figure out a way to re-organize my windowsill.

Tequila can be pretty nasty stuff. Ask my sister. She ended up in a car wash after imbiding, somehow. She doesn't remember and won't touch the stuff anymore.

Why not do both? Or do you only have the one cookie?

Yes. They grow up to become Junior Girl Scouts. Only a slight improvement, 'cause they earn badges, not "try-its," which is, imo, the stupidest name ever.

Yep. Yep. Yep.

The worst is being cookie mom -- walking out to the living room in the middle of the night with a bad case of the munchies -- your living room being filled with 200 cases of girl scout cookies, and you cannot eat them, 'cause they don't belong to you!  Torture.  Pure torture.

Someday will find you.

And I was cookie Mom only because the prior cookie mom stole the cookie money.

Better that she stole the cookie money and not the cookies.

Re: QM - The pink stables

Without the cookie money, we couldn't get any cookies.

*passes over a box of thin mints to Cyan* Or do you prefer Samoas? I have those, too. And Tag-a-Longs, and Do-Si-Dos .... there's a box of Trefoils and Lemon Chalets ....

*burp* 'cuse me!

Who drank all the milk?

Someday will find you.

I love the thin mints, I would keep them in the freezer.  But my favorite is the shortbread cookies.  I know, I'm odd.

Yum, agreed.  But I always get a bit annoyed with the coconut bits getting caught between my toothypegs.

That is annoying. But, you know what's even more vexing? When the caramel pulls out your teeth (okay, they were temp crowns, but still)!
