Dragons of Ordinary Farm Cover!

Deborah brought exactly one copy of the Dragons of Ordinary Farm cover to WFC (cover only, no book).  Tad and Deb graciously and generously signed it to all S'marchers and it is now in my possession.  Now, I'm not sure what to do with it.  I plan to put it into some sort of protective cover, and there was some discussion about sending it around so everyone can see.  But, the details....

Any suggestions?

Well, first off you should take a photo of it so we can all see what it looks like ;)

Re: Dragons of Ordinary Farm Cover!

How 'bout posting it to people who are visiting odd places with the proviso that they take a picture with themselves and the book cover in front of a famous place; for instance, if someone were taking a trip to Mount Rushmore, have them take a picture of themselves, with the book cover, in front of Mount Rushmore.

Create a book of the pictures of all the places the book cover has visited. It could be the "Journal of the Traveling Book Cover."

Re: Dragons of Ordinary Farm Cover!

That's a great idea, Em!  That means it'll have to be a very protective cover.

Re: Dragons of Ordinary Farm Cover!

Oooh! I like that idea. :) Does it have to be a particularly strange place? I'd like to participate, but I've no travel plans forthcoming.

That doesn't preclude having interesting places hereabouts to take pictures...

We could set up a Flickr account for all the photos, updated as it travels. :)

No, Miiru, does not have to be a "particularly strange place," although I would venture to guess some Smarcher's homes fit into that category.

Re: Dragons of Ordinary Farm Cover!

was the blinking due to speechlessness, or was she preening?
