I absolutely SWEAR I'm going to get around to calling you during the holidays. Honestly. It's not going to be like all the other years.

We had an absolutely splendid afternoon yesterday, sitting on my brother and sister-in-law's front porch in gorgeously unseasonal sunshine watching all the cousins chasing soap bubbles. Doesn't get any better on the last day of autumn. Happy Winter, y'all! Hope it's at least warm inside where you are.
