German Publication Day for Das Herz der verlorenen Dinge

Happy publication day for Das Herz der verlorenen Dinge (The Heart of What Was Lost) in Germany!

Klett-Cotta, Tad´s longtime German publisher, released their translation of the first new Osten Ard novel in over twenty years today in a nice and shiny hardcover edition.

Alongside this original novel, they also published brand-new trade paperback editions of Das Geheimnis der großen Schwerter (Memory, Sorrow and Thorn) in four volumes.

The early reactions have been quite wonderful with many enthusiastic reviews on Amazon.

The German book community LovelyBooks (equivalent to Goodreads) has an upcoming group read  of the novel as well as a contest. You can check their Osten Ard page here.
